- Order Processing Time
🚀 Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
🔍 Pre-Order or Special Items: Some items may have extended processing times, which will be noted in the product description.
🛠 Order Issues? If there’s a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you faster than a battle cry from your favourite 80s hero.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
📦 Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
🌎 Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
✈ International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-12 business days, but customs delays may occur. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
We ship with Australian Post – Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post. If you have an urgent request, please contact us.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey—just like watching your favourite heroes on a mission!
- Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
💥 Damaged Items: If your order arrives with battle scars (damaged in transit), contact us within 2 days with photos, and we’ll work to make things right.
🕵 Lost in the Multiverse? If your package is lost, we’ll assist in filing a claim, but please note that once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we have limited control over delays or missing items.

Make sure your shipping details are correct! If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
