Vintage & Pre-Owned Collectables Disclaimer

At Codename Collectables, we specialize in bringing legendary artifacts from the past back into the hands of collectors! However, due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned toys, the following terms apply to all such purchases:

1. Condition & Authenticity

All vintage and pre-owned items are sold as-is. These collectables have travelled through time, and along the way, they may show signs of battle, including:

🎭 Paint fading, sticker wear, or minor discoloration
🦾 Loose joints or worn-out action features
📭 Missing accessories or packaging

We provide detailed descriptions and photos for every item to ensure transparency, helping you make an informed decision. Our grading scale ranges from 100 to 60, with:

💯 100 – Mint condition, ready for display
⚠️ 60 – Well-loved with noticeable wear or missing parts

No matter if you’re hunting for a pristine gem or a vintage warrior with some battle scars, you’ll have all the details needed to make the right call. Still unsure? Reach out before purchasing—after all, knowledge is half the battle!

2. Safety & Intended Use ⚠

These items are intended for adult collectors and may not meet current safety standards for children. Keep them on display, in your collection, or in a high-tech secret base—but not in the hands of young recruits!

3. Functionality Notice

Any🔋battery-operated or mechanical features may no longer function as originally intended. While we do our best to test items when possible, we cannot guarantee full operability. Consider these relics of a bygone era, meant more for display than for action-packed battles.

4. Orders & Payments

💳 Payment Methods – We accept all major credit cards, direct bank deposit, Apple pay, Google pay & PayPal. Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

📦 Order Processing – We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. If delays occur, we’ll notify you faster than a distress signal from Cybertron.

❌ Order Cancellations – Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. However, if you need to modify your order, contact us ASAP, and we’ll see what we can do!

5. Shipping & Delivery

✈ Domestic & International Shipping – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by location. International buyers are responsible for customs fees.

📦 Tracking & Lost Packages – Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll assist where we can.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectable nature of these items, all sales are final unless an item has been significantly misrepresented. If an issue arises, contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

7. Pricing & Promotions

💰 Prices Are Subject to Change – Prices on collectables fluctuate based on market demand. We do our best to price fairly, but prices may change without notice.

🎟 Discounts & Promotions – Any promo codes or discounts must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

This site and all content (images, descriptions, logos, etc.) belong to Codename Collectables and may not be copied or used without permission. Unauthorized use will be met with the full force of the Collectors’ Code!

9. Limitation of Liability

Codename Collectables is not responsible for:

⚡ Shipping delays, customs issues, or postal service errors
